Los pastores y líderes necesitan llenarse espiritualmente antes de poder dar a otros. El ministerio puede ser agotador, y si no buscan primero a Dios en lo secreto, corren el riesgo de servir desde el vacío. Oremos para que ministren desde la abundancia del Espíritu Santo, recibiendo fuerza, sabiduría y renovación en su tiempo con Él.
Señor, estamos orando para que nuestros líderes y Pastores se alimenten a sí mismos antes de alimentar a otros. Oramos para que mientras sirven en los ministerios que les has asignado, sirvan a través de la abundancia de tu espíritu santo que proviene de su tiempo secreto contigo.

Pastors and leaders need to be spiritually filled before pouring into others. Ministry can be draining, and if they don’t first seek God in their secret place, they risk serving from emptiness. Let’s pray that they minister from the overflow of the Holy Spirit, drawing strength, wisdom, and renewal from their time with Him.
Lord, we pray for our leaders and pastors to feed themselves spiritually before feeding others. We ask that as they serve in the ministries You have entrusted to them, they do so out of the overflow of Your Holy Spirit, which comes from their secret time with You.
